local dishes friendly staff clean room small drain expensive prices room noise
the breakfast included so many options. local dishes were available. japanese and western choices was too. the staff was friendly and helpful during breakfast. the room included a spacious bathroom. the room was super clean. i really liked my room. the hotel has 2 pools, that was great. the spa was excellent. the gym looks great but i do not use it.
the shower drain was small, I seen.

my room was spacious. it had comfortable bedding and lovely lighting. food and beverage service. the gardens and pool areas are immaculately tended. breakfasts offered a wide range of choices and were a highlight each day.
the rooms were noisy. it sounded like it was right above me. i would not recommend this place for light sleepers. there were not enough bike rentals for all guests. i had to come early to secure one.

Decent Stay with Noise Issues and Slow Drains
poor insulation inadequate drain
My stay had some drawbacks. The noise insulation was poor. I could hear everything from the hallway and the room above. the shower drain seemed inadequate. My bathroom partially flooded after each shower. This was quite annoying and unexpected for a hotel of this supposed caliber.

Excellent and Relaxing Stay
comfortable stay kind service free shuttle
I stayed for five days at this location. The hotel offered a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere thanks to the kind service I received. It is located in a local area, yet easily accessible to tourist spots by a free shuttle. I found strolling through the local area quite enjoyable. I also appreciated the staff. They were very helpful.
The breakfast and drink quality did not quite match standards I expect. They were also overpriced given other options.
